BAHAN CUPCAKES
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup castor sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups self raising flour
finely grated rind of 1 lemon

BAHAN LEMON CURD
1/2 cup lemon juice
100gm butter
1/2 cup castor sugar
1 egg
3 egg yolks
CARANYA
cupcake - whisk cream, sugar n eggs until smooth. add in flour.
divide into cupcake casing n bake 15-20 mins.
lemon curd - heat lmn jus n butter in small saucepan. until butter has melted. add sugar, egg n egg yolk. whisk until mixture becomes thick n glossy. transfer to metal container to cool down.
Fresh Cream - 250gm - whisk until stiff.
To Assemble - scoop out a bit of cupcake n spoon in lmn curd. Top with fresh cream and sprinkle wth coloured sugar.
